We provide customized and cost-effective handling solution according to customer’s requirement; ensuring all shipments are fully protected and delivered to the cargo terminal on-time safely.
Air Cargo X-Ray Screening Services
To meet the requirements imposed by the International Civil Aviation Organization (“ICAO”) new policy on air cargo security, Hong Kong’s Civil Aviation Department (“CAD”) has launched the Regulated Air Cargo Screening Facility (“RACSF”) scheme to enable and regulate off-airport screening of air cargo. Such move will ease pressure to screen airfreight at Hong Kong International Airport’s busy cargo terminals as volumes continue to grow.
For the smooth implementation of an enhanced air cargo security regime, a transitional arrangement is in place for the gradual increase in cargo screening percentage.
Phase 1
Jan 2020 – Apr 2020•up to 25% of export cargoes required for security screening
Phase 2
May 2020 – Aug 2020•up to 40% of export cargoes required for security screening
Phase 3
Sep 2020 – Feb 2021•up to 70% of export cargoes required for security screening
Phase 4
Mar 2021- June 2021•100% of export cargoes required for security screening
A&S’s standard operation procedures for cargo acceptance are performed by our professional export service team. For cargoes exporting from Hong Kong, A&S collects the cargoes from different locations in Hong Kong with our trucks as customers requested, or customers may deliver them to our warehouse at AFFC. After arriving at our warehouse at AFFC, A&S proceeds to pack the cargoes into ULDs, weigh them and prepare the necessary documentation. After the ULDs are prepared and processed, they are sent to one of the three air cargo terminals in Hong Kong, where they will be loaded onto their designated aircraft by the respective air cargo terminal operators.
A&S intends to further upgrade its existing warehouses by deploying more intelligent elements, such as Auto Measuring Systems, X-ray Cargo Screening System and Warehouse Management System. We believe a computerised warehouse management system with cargo movement monitoring capability could eliminate unnecessary discrepancies, allowing the cargo handling process and ULD build-up in a timely manner, which will result in higher freight operation efficiency.

Warehousing Management Services
A&S offers various all-in-one warehouse management services to Global Forwarders including supply chain planning, warehousing and inventory management. A&S provides proven supports in handling import and export services, leveraging on its fully integrated WMS capabilities with visibly efficient and accurate warehouse operation.
