RACSF Regulated Air Cargo Screening Facilities

Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department (“CAD”) introduced the Regulated Air Cargo Screening Facility (“RACSF”) Scheme in October 2018 to enable and regulate air cargo screening at off-airport locations. Having realized the importance of catching up the industrial standard, A&S has been gradually procuring and installing screening equipment, and are making adjustments to their operational workflow to prepare for the screening of air cargo. Auto Measuring System

A&S contributes constant efforts in enhancing operation efficiency, and invests advanced non-manual automation equipment in October 2019, to ensure accurate and efficient cargo dimensional scanning and weighing process at warehouse. With accurate update generated from e-dimension/ e-weight measurement and real-time photo capturing function, the auto measuring system largely streamlines the process flow as well as warehouse operations.

Warehouse Management System (“WMS”)

A&S introduced an advanced Warehouse Management System (“WMS”) to its warehouse operations in July 2019. The system is combined with an electronic data exchange system to further enhance our cargo acceptance process. Through the electronic data exchange system, our warehouse management system can share a series of data information with customers, from shipping orders to cargo acceptance; the system can transmit real-time data to customers to track the latest shipment developments. While optimizing the accuracy and efficiency, the warehouse management system can reduce operating costs and paper consumption in the long run, enabling us to meet customer service expectations.

TAPA Class A Certified Warehouse

A&S warehouse accredited the TAPA Freight Security Requirements (“FSR”) (Classification A) Certificate provides high security level of cargo storage in A&S warehouse. Having maintained a well-equipped comprehensive security management system, all shipments are ensured to be securely handled, warehoused and transported at our TAPA Class A accredited warehouse.
